1. Regulations for the purchase of a gift voucher
1.1. After selecting the Gift Voucher, the customer proceeds to the form in which they fill in the data, and select the method of payment and delivery.
1.2. All forms of secure payment are available (credit / debit card, electronic payment or standard bank transfer, BLIK). Credit card and e-transfer transactions are carried out through the Dotpay e-payment platform - the safest online payment system.
1.2.1. Instant payments (payment / credit card, electronic transfer, BLIK) are made by the Dotpay Payment Service System. After the acceptance of the payment by the Dotpay System, the customer is automatically notified by e-mail that the payment has been confirmed and the purchase has been made - the e-mail will contain: details of the customer and the gifted person, name of the facility, description of the offer, total cost of the purchased voucher.
1.2.2. Payment by standard transfer takes place in the following steps:
- The customer receives an e-mail containing all relevant information necessary for the correct/ timely settlement of the payment for the purchased voucher,
- after making the payment, the customer receives an e-mail confirming the purchase.
1.3. The gift voucher is sent (by e-mail or courier) after the payment is credited.
1.4. Gift vouchers are valid for 3 months from the date of purchase.
1.5. The date of using the gift voucher is agreed by the gifted person with the reception each time (by calling: + 48-75-769-38-54 or + 48-536-150-050), taking into account the availability of the voucher dates.
1.6. The recipient may use the voucher up to its value or increase its sum.
1.7. The gift voucher can only be used once. The amount cannot be broken down into, for example, several stays in terms of its value.
1.8. The voucher cannot be converted to cash, either in whole or in part. Any unused amount is forfeited
1.9. The voucher can only be used within its validity period, after its expiry it cannot be used.
1.10. The facility does not responsibility for lost or damaged gift vouchers.
2. Cancellation of a gift voucher
2.1. After making the payment, it is not possible to cancel the purchase and withdraw the amount paid.
2.2. In a situation where the recipient cannot use the voucher within its validity period, it may be transferred to a third party beneficiary with a written consent of the facility reception. The validity period of the voucher remains unchanged.
3. Final arrangements
3.1. The person purchasing the gift voucher is responsible for correctly entering the data in the booking form.
3.2. The electronic payment system Dotpay.pl or the bank used by the person making the purchase is responsible for the correct handling of the booking amounts.
3.3. The facility and the company operating the on-line booking service are not responsible for the unavailability of the system for reasons beyond their control.
4. Personal data
4.1. By purchasing a gift voucher, the customer agrees to place their personal data in the website database. The data will be used only to enable the full booking process in accordance with the provisions of the Act of 10 May 2018 on the protection of personal data and the Regulation of the European Parliament and the EU Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data.
5. Acceptance of the Regulations
5.1. Selecting the "I have read the Regulations" option is tantamount to the fact that the Customer has read the Regulations, understands and accepts the conditions contained therein.
5.2. Lack of acceptance of the Regulations makes it impossible to purchase the gift voucher.
